Electronic Prescriptions (EPS)

CHACEWATER AND DEVORAN

DISPENSARIES

EPS (Electronic Prescriptions) has recenlty been introduced to Cornwall. Unfortunately we cannot currently provide this service but when it does become available it will enable prescriptions for Non-Dispensing Patients to be sent electronically for collection to their Pharmacy of choice.

This is a service that Dispensing Patients already enjoy from the Practice Dispenary.

If you usually receive medicines from our Dispensary, you will receive a letter with your next prescription. To protect your right as a Dispensing Patient to use the Practice Dispensary, simply click on the following link,  EPS Letter for Dispensing Patients, download and print the letter, then just tick the box, sign the letter and hand it to a Surgery Staff Member.

We have been dispensing medicines to our Patients for decades, and strive to provide a quality and convenient service with a personal touch.

We pride ourselves on being able to:

  • Provide you with your regular medicines upon request (via voicemail, online idering, fax, posting or dropping in a repeat slip)
  • Offer FREE delivery to those who are housebound or have significant difficulty getting to the Surgery.
  • Offer a range of additional services for those who struggle to take or remember their medicines
  • Offer you the chance to discuss any concerns regarding the taking of you medicines with a Dispenser upon request.
  • Provide a safe, efficient and completely confidential service. Our Dispensers and Doctors work very closely together ensuring the highest level of patient care.
